The Riad is beautifully appointed and super clean.
I was appalled by the service when I arrived. No one was there to pick me up as arranged. After waiting outside for what reminded me of an eternity, I finally got inside only to find the staff asleep. To make matters worse, I was charged for an extra night without prior notification.
